LWML is the "Lutheran Women’s Missionary League".  It is an organization to develop and maintain a greater mission consciousness among its women in our own community and in the world at large.  We gather funds for the support of mission’s projects selected by its members at the national and district conventions through our Mite Boxes.

Our group also wants to cultivate Christian fellowship among its members and prospective members.  We follow our sisters in district and national by following and setting the goals of Missions, Mites, Mentoring others and More Bible Study.  It is a group for all ages.  Usually we meet from September to June monthly.  We have 2 general meetings during the year and the remainder are visited by guest speakers, social events, special events and fund raisers.  There is a District convention for members and prospective members each April.  In the fall and spring we have Rallies or a Retreat.  Our group usually hosts the spring rally. Each member has chosen someone who is not a member from the congregation to mentor during the year.

There are 2 groups.  One is a Young Woman’s group for ages 17-35.  Call the church office for more information.
